This is a very spacious house with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are joined by a Jack and Jill bathroom that has a walk in bathtub with spa jets. The swimming pool is very private with a covered patio, a BBQ Grill, and patio furniture with table. The master bedroom has a private full bathroom. The house is situated beside Black Bayou Reservior, which is locally known as a great lake for the fishing of many species of panfish and gamefish. There is also a public boat launch that is literally two minutes from the front door. There is also a game room with a pool table, chess and checker boards, a Jenga Giant JS6 game that stacks over 4 feet high! And various board games such as Monopoly and Risk. There are three casinos, Margarittaville Resort Casino, Bally's Shreveport Casino and Hotel, and Sam's Town Hotel and Casino which are riverboat casinos that are 23 minutes away, situated on the Red River which runs between the two cities of Shreveport and Bossier. There are many restaurants and night life venues surrounding the downtown casino area. For those of you that enjoy playing the ponies, Louisiana Downs is located just 19 minutes away in East Bossier City. A new Willis Knighton hospital has been built just minutes away to the south on Airline Drive. This area is growing fast and there are quite a few new restaurants that have been built very recently. All in all, this home is very nice in comfort and location.
ATTENTION: For Security Purposes, there are two security Cameras. One is located at the front entry and the other is located at the swimming pool area by the back door. The swimming pool area camera will be aimed at the wall while guest are present. The swimming pool camera may occasionally be used early in the morning very quickly to monitor the water level of the swimming pool. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us! This camera will never be used to monitor our guest unless there is a disruption complaint from a neighbor.
