Summary: We loved the unit and location. It was well furnished and homey. A couple of drawbacks were: 1) Directions for using tv remote were insufficient. 2) I feel management company should check propane tank. We couldn't get the fire pit to work! The tv remote's instructions did not explain how to return from app use to live tv! Overall pleased!

Summary: We love Seashore Studio. It is a small but so convenient to all of the things we do while visiting. Del Mar has many fun restaurants and activities. We enjoy walking and can walk the beach into Del Mar or walk to the Torrey Pines State Park. This is a perfect place of two people.

Summary: The studio cottage is very conveniently located walking distance to Torrey Pines State Beach, bars, cafes, restaurants etc. The courtyard garden is very peaceful and quiet and the unit was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The bed was great, and the shower had good pressure. There is a skylight in the ceiling which allows gradual illumination as the sun rises. Communication with the property manager was great and issues were resolved quickly. The only downside as others have mentioned is that the fridge is an under-counter bar fridge - so need to buy smaller size perishables to fit in. Kitchen has a stove/oven as well as microwave which allows a variety of cooking options. I stayed for 2 weeks as a solo traveler in December 2024 and hope to return in summer to enjoy the beach/lagoon more than was possible during my "work trip".

Summary: Loved the studio. It’s been slightly updated from the online pictures and we liked the new arrangement. We spent most mornings sipping coffee in the garden and most afternoon reading there as well; nice shady spot. The location was great for us. We hiked at Torrey Pines each day and then grabbed a meal down the street. Didn’t drive much. Hope to come back soon.

Summary: Perfect studio for a couple staying for a few days. Great locations to a strip of restaurants, close to del mar. Not far from La Jolla or central San Diego. Just as listed. Backyard area is a great bonus.

Summary: Overall we thought the beach cottage was cute and as described in the listing. The check-in process and property manager were great. It was my fault that I did not notice their was no washer and dryer. While there was a lot of activity (walkers, cars, etc.) in the area, the cottage was quiet. We did have an incident the last night there when our dog growled and the motion lights came on and then our dog growled again. When we looked outside we saw nothing, but then the door closed to the backyard area. This is unpreventable, but it was outstanding that the property had motion lights at 3 places to help with uninvited "guests." Overall, a great location and parking was not that difficult to find. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Summary: The property was just as described. The unit was very clean, well appointed and the equivalent of a luxury hotel in my opinion. My only gripes are with the street parking (or lack of it) and the size of the bathroom. The shower and toilet are very close together, and the shower is not ideal for a larger person. The communication with the property manager felt very impersonal, which I'm not accustomed to. Most communication was done in email, outside of the VRBO app and was initially confusing.
