Location its very good , 10 minutes to downtown Kirkland ,Lake Washington 10 min .15 min to Bellevue , downtown Seattle probably 20 min via 520 bridge . Beautiful parks and trail close by . Less then 10 min to Bastyr University.Cascadia college is 15 min distance .Woodinville wineries 10 min away.Lots of great restaurants close by (10 min or less ).Private entrance and outdoor sitting area where u can enjoy an evening by the fire . Costco , Trader Joe , other groceries store very close by . Owner lives upstairs if you like more privacy than this rental might not be ideal for you .

Summary: We had a great time here. It was close enough to Seattle to go into the city for the day but in a nice suburb with plenty of other places to try. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive!
