Summary: We stayed for one night, the house was very nice. Clean, nicely decorated, host was responsive and kind. I do wish we had researched the city a bit more before our stay, as we didn’t realize it had such a high crime rate, but that was no one’s fault but our own. We did feel safe in the house, and the neighbors seemed nice from what we saw of them, I think the neighborhood was one of the safer areas in the city. Overall, it was a nice stay and we had no issues :)

Summary: In general the rental was ok. Parking worked out well and the townhouse was very spacious. The deck at the back was dirty and a dumping ground for construction materials. The most overwhelming problem was the heavy air freshener smell. I think that downsides could easily be fixed.
