Positive: The location was great for what we needed. The staff was so nice and helpful, especially a female by the name of Shar (spelling). Shar helped us with providing plates for us to eat our food on since it was later in the evening.
Negative: There was nothing that we didn't like about this hotel.

Positive: I liked everything and that's hard to do. The staff at the front desk at check-in were very friendly, helpful and knew their stuff. Very professional yet polite and warm. The room was excellent and clean. The hallways were clean as well with no stains anywhere, almost like the place was new but it's not. It's just very well maintained. Breakfast fit the pattern of excellence. Everything was stocked well and again, very clean. So many things to choose from. Hot scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, turkey sausage, even bacon, sausage gravy and biscuits. Make your own pancakes with the touch of one button. No pouring or mess. Syrup, even sugar free syrup and whipped butter. Bagels, english muffins, yogurt, 3 kinds of cereal, milk, 4 kinds of juices, hot tea and freshly ground regular coffee and decaf. The cook staff were excellent as well and got my compliments for a job very well done. There is also a very big area to eat that wonderful breakfast and, of course, it's clean and kept clean by those fabulous workers. We'll be back.

Positive: Good location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The establishment was clean. The breakfast was excellent; nice variety of selections. I loved the fresh, warm cinnamon rolls and their coffee machine that made you an individual fresh cup of coffee.
