Summary: We rented this townhouse for a month for my son's surgical residency rotation at Cristiana Care. It was a perfect location and easy to get to and from the hospital. Owner was very responsive with any questions / concerns which we appreciated. Very quiet and close to grocery stores. Even had a Trader Joe's close by!

Summary: It was convenient but there was no hot water in the master bath sinks and one was slow draining. Many light switches were cracked and broken. We had trouble getting into the home and had to have management come and open it.

Summary: We stayed there for baseball tournament 10 mins away. Quiet neighborhood. Plenty of space in the house. Modern appliances and tvs in each of the bedrooms. Access easy and parking for 2 vehicles. Would definitely stay again if another event in the area.
