Summary: The house was well set up, clean and close to downtown.

Summary: We were in town for a dance competition at AL Brown HS. The house was about a mile away from the venue. On down time from dancing, downtown was just a short walk which was a Godsend for 3 young non dancing siblings. We walked to the ball field, played on the playground and got ice cream. The house was clean and cute and felt like we were at home. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. We had a great weekend and would rent again if we have a comp here next year! Thank you for a great stay!!

Summary: Cute and clean property close to down town kannapolis. Plenty to eat and see when in town for an event. Easy check in and minimal asks for cleaning up on check out day. Highly recommend. It is a tight neighborhood so there was a little noise early in the mornings but nothing I would consider a bother unless you're very sensitive to noise.

Summary: The property was exactly as described. The host was very helpful and responded to us in a timely manner. Excellent location and in close proximity to Charlotte Motor Speedway. We were very comfortable and had all amenities you could ask for. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would definitely recommend this property to couples or families who are looking to enjoy Kannapolis and the surrounding the area.
