Positive: To be honest, this place deserves a much higher review rating than what it currently has. The house is secluded, has all the amenities one could need + fun games. The bed was extremely comfortable and the house just has an overall cozy vibe. This place deserves a wayyyy higher rating!

Positive: We really liked the house and surroundings. The kitchen was well equipped and you could even see the lake from front yard. Luke was very responsive and understanding. The place had overall a good vibe.
Negative: There are a few things, they can work on, like cleanliness, bugs problem and the bed in the bedroom. There was a very strong smell with a gust of dust as soon as we entered the house! Due to which I had congested nose. There were a lot of bugs inside the house living area (though we were very careful about not leaving the doors/windows open). One of the bugs got stuck inside the microwave door! And lastly the bed was not the most comfortable one. But keeping these things aside it was a nice three nights stay.

Positive: The name “Cozy” is perfect for this house. It’s quaint and homey. It also had games and cards that we enjoyed playing! It was so fun! The location was great! Just about 20 minutes from the city of Canandaigua and in a nice country setting, neighbors were far away so it was great privacy. We had a few deer visit in the morning!
Negative: There wasn’t much that I wasn’t happy with. There were a couple spots on the sheet of the bed that looked like it could’ve been blood from a previous guest? But I just took those off. Also the toilet looked like it needed to be cleaned. But those details weren’t that big of a deal of me. I loved the stay. The bathroom had a window that was right near the toilet and it didn’t have a curtain or blind.. which made me feel exposed even though the bathroom was on the second story I felt like it needed some privacy there.
Summary: It was perfect for us! We enjoyed every moment! We especially loved how there was fresh picked wild flowers on the count

Positive: Beautiful spot and just as pictured
Negative: There was definitely an animals issue living within the attic as previously review states here. I saw the little guy pop his head out from roof when I was on back porch upon arrival, so the scratching and scurrying each night above the bedroom didn’t freak me out all to much ha. I did try to privately message the owner about this issue but I didn’t receive a response. There was also like 15 living flys within the home upon arrival with no fly swatter in sight.
