This villa is the perfect base to explore the area. You sit quietly located just steps from the forest and only one km from the center. The station and several restaurants are nearby. A supermarket is about 1.5 km from the villa.
This villa is tastefully decorated but with every luxury. This gives you access to several large bathrooms, a cozy kitchen, a pool and a sauna. The bright sun room with bar and kitchen is also very good stay. Around the house is a large green garden with cozy seating and a spacious terrace with a barbecue. Outside, you may find a basketball court for the kids.

Summary: Wij zijn met ons hele gezin een weekje in dit vakantiehuis geweest. Het huis heeft dringend onderhoud nodig. De slaapkamers konden niet of nauwelijks worden afgesloten omdat er of geen gordijnen hingen of maar half. Echt schoon was het er ook niet. Gelukkig hadden wij alleen maar mooi weer en hebben we veelal buiten geleefd. Het zwembad lijkt op de foto veel groter dan het in werkelijkheid is En als je dan na een week 13 kuub aan water blijkt te hebben gebruikt dan concluderen wij niet of er een lek zit maar wel waar het lek zit. En op de laatste dag hadden we om 10:00 afgesproken met de huiseigenaresse maar om 9:00 stond de schoonmaakster al klaar om te komen poetsen en voelden we ons het huis uitgekeken. Al met al een ervaring die zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar is Daar hebben we dan met zn a Na een jaar sparen met ons gezin keken wij enorm uit om op vakantie te gaan. Bij aankomst werden wij ontvangen door een vrouw die of werkelijk geen woord Nederlands of Engels kon of daar gewoonweg geen zin in had Lastig met uitleg. Het huis is dringend toe aan onderhoud en schoonmaak. Sommige slaapkamers hadden of een half gordijn hangen of helemaal geen. Gelukkig hadden we elke dag mooi weer en waren we veelal buiten. Het zwembad leek op de foto veel groter dan dat het in werkelijkheid was. En als je dan bij de afrekening hoort dat er in 1 week tijd 13 kuub is verbruikt dan vraag je je niet meer af of er bewust een lek zit maar waar het lek zit. De afspraak was dat er op de laatste dag om 10.00 iemand zou komen om alles door te nemen maar om 9;00 stond de schoonmaakster al op de stoep en werden wij voor ons gevoel de deur uitgekeken. Al met al een slechte ervaring en bevelen wij dit vakantiehuis zeker niet aan en komen wij hier ook absoluut nooit meer terug

Summary: Stipte ontvangst Alles correct in orde Vele voorzieningen Alleen spijtig met het probleem met het zwembad ( 2dagen geen gebruik kunnen maken van het bad wegens waterverlies en algen vorming de verantwoordelijke was wel zeer behulpzaam om het heuvel te herstellen

Summary: Superbe maison, très bien entretenue et bien équipée , très beaux extérieurs.rideaux occultants à rajouter dans les chambres, à part cela, gîte fantastique pour un regroupement familial. Je recommande vivement.

Summary: Note globale de 8,5/10. Il faudrait pouvoir donner une évaluation entre Bon et Fantastique, soit Très bon. Le point le plus positif est l'espace disponible tant à l'extérieur (jardin) et à l'intérieur (habitation) de la propriété. Le point le plus négatif est le coût très élevé des charges. Points positifs - aménagement extérieur (jardin, piscine pouvant être couverte, terrasses, BBQ, aires de jeu, etc.) - espace intérieur (chambres, salles de bain, cuisine, salons, etc.) - équipement intérieur plutôt complet - isolation visuelle du voisinage Points négatifs (ou à améliorer) - rue assez bruyante (circulation assez dense) - camion déchargeant et chargeant sur terrain voisin en fin de journée - environnement hors jardin assez quelconque, sans charme - tentures absentes ou peu assombrissantes dans certaines chambres - menuiseries métalliques (poignées) déficientes - répartition et superficie assez bizarre des chambres du point de vue adultes/enfants - escaliers menant de la terrasse au terrain de basket insuffisamment sécurisé pour jeunes enfants - charges très élevées (prix du kWh peu transparent, coût propre au chauffage de la piscine ne pouvant être identifié) (NB la météo fut exceptionnelle sans chauffage nécessaire de l'habitation mais quid en hiver?).

Summary: Ooit zal dit een mooi huis geweest zijn maar door talloze aanpassingen, bijbouwen en uitbreiding is de charme volledig verdwenen. Dit huis biedt volgens ons in de zomer meer mogelijkheden dan in de winter. De bijkomende kosten zijn torenhoog. Wij betaalden voor 1 week met 8 personen 433 euro energiekosten. Voor de stookolie werd 1,5 euro per liter gevraagd terwijl de werkelijke kostprijs slechts 0,5 euro bedraagt. Dat noem ik dus echte afzetterij! Wij hadden ons eigen hout meegebracht omdat ik in de reviews had gelezen dat ze dit ook aanrekenen aan woekerprijzen. Wij gaan ieder jaar tijdens kerst naar de Ardennen, dit is de eerste keer dat het verblijf ons tegenvalt. In die prijsklasse zijn betere huizen te huren. Ons zien ze niet meer terug.

Summary: Zeer grote en mooie vakantiewoning, prachtige en ook zeer rustige ligging. Sommige dingen zijn wat verouderd en aan een opfrisbeurt toe maar alles was ongelofelijk spic en span. Dikke pluim voor de eigenaar! Jammer dat de bijkomende kost voor electriciteit in verhouding tot het gebruik (verwarming was op mazout en houtkachels) veel te hoog was.
