Summary: This rental was great. It is comfortable, clean and quiet with lots of space. The interior was in better shape than other rentals we have used previously in this subdivision. Newer appliances paint and furniture. It was nicely stocked! Unfortunately the pool heater broke right before we arrived. It was not fixable before we left. We were very disappointed but understand that with only a four day stay and a weekend being half of it, that repair was challenging. Communication with the host was not always timely regarding this problem but we feel she did try to get it repaired. Beautiful rental that we would stay at in the future.

Summary: We stayed at this property for a spring break getaway, and really enjoyed the house, pool, and spa. Close to restaurants, etc. while being around 30 minutes to Sea World / Disney (with traffic). Well maintained and appointed for a fun time getting away from it all. Super fast Wi-Fi made it nice for streaming and kids! Heads up that the neighborhood is basically a t-mobile dead zone so pre-load gps/maps before leaving the house (not the property’s fault).

Summary: Very glad we chose this property for our extended stay.The home suited us very well,the decor is tasteful and relaxing.The kitchen is very well equipped with everything we needed for day to day and entertaining and the Grill was perfect for BBQ by the pool. Having the extra bedrooms and bathrooms worked very well.We could have our family stay when they came for Disney and after a day at the Parks they loved the pool.Having the extra space was also great to have friends who were in other parts of Florida for the winter come and stay for a couple of days,relax and enjoy the pool..lots of space for everyone.After the company left it was lovely to be able to arrange a cleaner to do laundry and cleaning. We throughly enjoyed the pool especially and most important for us...the privacy provided by all the plants and shrubs ,most homes have no privacy for the screened in pool.It was lovely to have the privacy for breakfast by the pool in our PJ's .The screened in ,bug free pool area and the privacy is perfect for reading and relaxing outside at night on the lighted patio or for a late night swim. Only minutes to Kissimmee, we had great shopping and restaurants. So a great choice for us all round.Noreen is a great host and very helpful and organized. We throughly enjoyed our stay here and we look forward to visiting again. Thank you Noreen.
