Summary: We were a group of 3 adults 30-35 and had a really great time here! This place had a great and safe location (15-20 minutes from downtown, 30 minutes from Sullivan's Island). The place was just like the pictures look. It had plenty of space for the 3 of us, having a few more people would have still been comfortable. The place is in the middle of renovations so the door was just a little hard to close. We enjoyed coming back to this place every night and being able to relax on the couches and watch tv/movies, make supper, do some laundry, and then go to sleep. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows/blankets if they were needed. The HVAC was very powerful and kept us perfect temperature wise. Pros: -Close to everything we wanted to do -Great price -Plenty of room -Very comfortable -Great host communication -Well Stocked Kitchen Cons: -Getting out of the driveway was a little tricky but very doable. -Door a little hard to close (this should be fixed with the renovations)

Summary: The house was a little hard to find and parking wasn't the greatest if you needed to park more than one vehicle; but once you figure it out it's not too bad. The house was clean and provided a large back yard with fence everywhere but the driveway. Wifi worked great, had good AC and the TV worked as expected. Overall a great experience with a few quirks here and there.

Summary: We had a great experience and we plan on coming back in the future. The house is in a wonderful location. It is 30 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from Magnolia Plantation and Gardens. We didn’t mind the drive because there is so much of Charleston to see along the way. The house was clean. The property manager was very hospitable and accommodating. Communication and checkin was easy. The house is an older house and does have some flooring issues and a few other minor issues. But for $85 a night, you can’t beat the price. You have a 3 bedroom house instead of a crowded motel. My Family and I had a great time!

Summary: We needed a clean, comfortable place to stay that was affordable and this absolutely fit the bill. Is a considerably older home that is in the midst of rehab. If you are a Karen who needs everything perfect, this is not the place for you. But if you just need a safe place that is clean with fantastic hosts, go for it! We were 5 ladies from ages 18-50 and felt very safe. Decent drive time to everything we wanted to do. 5 min from Swig and Swine which is a favorite bbq place of ours. 20 min from downtown Charleston. 30 minutes from Folly beach county park (which is amazing with both bay and east coast access.) 25 minutes from Vicious Biscuit which we really enjoyed. Pros: Very Clean Super hot water and water pressure Superb instructions and suggestions by host Great host communication Well stocked kitchen Very honest host who contacted us immediately about left behind property. Well stocked throughout Nice backyard area that will be really lovely after developed a bit more. Fenced in. Loved the ramp and front porch. Would be handicap assessable after the foundation/floor remodel is completed. Cons: Bad foundation problems that caused major floor issues with humps and soft spots. The host made us aware and did state that these are being addressed very soon. The floors were the only real area of concern we had. Front door is difficult to latch/lock-again due to the foundation issues. A few plugs were not working-mostly in kitchen on the sink wall Exhaust fan in bathroom not working A dishwasher would be a great addition and a mirror in the master bedroom :)

Summary: Never been Charleston before and really enjoyed my stay here with my eleven year old son. Place was super clean and the host was extremely easy to get a hold of if I needed anything would book here again

Summary: It was far enough away from the crowds but just 25 minutes from the ocean. We were able to get a feel for the local life. Everyone was very friendly and very accommodating.

Summary: The house was nice a little older, but the owner clearly communicated everything to expect with the house. Owner was easily accesible with a quick response time. Definitely worth it for the price. Great location for anyone visiting charleston who is doing more than just the beach. (Very close to magnolia gardens and plantation)
