Nice size great room, gas fireplace , smart t v with cable(local and national programs)breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and nice size privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, and a table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is the 1st floor of a duplex .(insulated between floors).
Neighborhood : Stono Park is a convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within 4 miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from the airport.There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The West Ashley greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling, and walking trail, is located 1 block behind the property.
There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .
It is within 5 miles of downtown Charleston.
We love animals but pets are not allowed .

Summary: Came into town for a weekend wedding. The host was very nice and quick to reply to questions. The property was very nice, clean and welcoming. The location for our event was perfect. Price was very very reasonable. If you need a great place to stay this is it!!

Summary: This beautiful home in Charleston is by far the cleanest, and most welcoming place we’ve ever stayed in. It’s in a quiet neighborhood that is easily accessible to historic downtown Charleston as well as the many other attractions nearby. The attention to detail from coffee to vanity essentials is unmatched. And the linens were off the charts luxurious. We stayed with another couple and there was plenty of space for the 4 of us. Having en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom was perfect. Thank you Jeanne for making our stay in Charleston one to remember. We would absolutely return again!!

Summary: This place was a gem!! Everything was as described. Stocked really well, super comfortable and clean. The location was even closer to downtown than we thought. Only issue we had was difficulty opening the lock box but that was quickly resolved with help from our host. When we return to Charleston this will definitely be our go to hime

Summary: My son and I enjoyed our stay. We were amazed at the holiday decorations, down to the smallest detail. We were sorry we never could get the gas fireplace to work. It was chilly and this would have been nice. However, the extra blankets made a comfy alternative. The location is very convenient to restaurants, downtown, and attractions. I could hear construction noise in the mornings. Yet it wasn’t too bad. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
