Positive: the owner was amazing! We booked 1 hour in advance (at 6PM) and checked in at 7PM. Everthing was clean and perfect. the host was amazing, she was super helpful and flexible with our travel needs. the house also was super refined with all comfort: airco, tv, ,comfy sofa, snacks, super tech and modern appliances and in super safe building with a code gate. Additional plus there is a private parking that saved us from paying expensive parking in San juan
Negative: We got some little bugs in the apartment but it is super normal in the carribean and it was due to the heavy rain outside. I would definetly come back!
Summary: This is the place! I would move there for 1 whole year if I could.

Positive: Generally nice house, not too big but sufficient. Comfy beds and good AC. House in safe and quiet neighborhood, 15min by car from Old San Juan. There is a bus going there but not frequent and service stops early in the evening. Great that you can walk to the sea for a quick swim in 2min.
Negative: Check-in was generally easy, but we did not understand how it works. No full-size real door between living room and sleeping room.

Positive: Susan is an amazing host! It felt like we were visiting family. She had so many cool local recommendations that we enjoyed. Our short stay felt like we had been there a week and was just the right amount of relaxation we needed. The location was beautiful, safe and within walking proximity to the ocean for a picturesque view. We have promised Susan we will be back again soon!
