Take in the in the Old Town of Hastings from the comfort of a fantastic brand new refurbished flat, with the only balcony on the famous George Street. Set on the Second floor, this flat overlooks the unique street full of eateries, bars and independent shops all moments away from the sea front.
The space has under gone a full refurbishment, with a luxury shower room, comfy bed, great living space and standing balcony.
The space
Accessed via a Twitten (Alleyway) off George Street. The communal stairway is shared with our lovely long term neighbours, they're friendly and have a cat that comes and goes so please do not be alarmed if you turn up to a cat sat outside their door (1st floor) - so far the cat hasn't ventured up the next set of stairs.
The flat has been completely refurbished offering a good size open plan living/Dining Room with a 40inch Smart telly, leather sofa, coffee tables, large table and chairs, hanging lights pendent lights, exposed brick wall and art work by the under ground artists Pyky.
Two large double glazed velux windows (good sound insulation from the street below) open out to the front of the property allowing you to immerse yourself with the going ons of the unique George Street from a distance.
Of the Living space the kitchen is compact but has everything you will need to feel at home cooking or just preparing a salad/drinks. There's an integrated washing machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, intergrated fridge/freezer, oven and ceramic hob with extractor above. Full dining sets and all equipment for standard cooking are provided along with some accondaments.
In the bathroom theres a Luxurious rain shower with separate shower attachment, W.C large vanity with mirror and shelf above. The bathroom benefits from a skylight to give the sense of height to the space.
Finally the cosy bedroom has a comfy double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe with hanging rails, shelves and space for your suitcase. The bedroom is to the rear of the property which is peaceful with lovely views of the east hill and gardens, there's a glimpse of the remains of Hastings Castle. The window is double glazed and has a room darkening blind.
