Catharine Cottages offers the perfect getaway: four delightful and comfortable cottages each with a wonderful view of Catharine Creek. The cottages are close to Watkins Glen State Park, the Seneca Lake Wine Trail and the Coring Museum of Glass.
Each cottage sleeps 2 to 4 people and has a private bath, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, AC/heat, and provided linens. Outside is a covered porch with rocking chairs, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, and a picnic table. The creek provides peace and relaxation for adults, and endless fun for children and dogs. Dogs are welcome with prior permission.

Summary: The cabin was totally adorable. My husband and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary in Watkins Glen. We loved sittting on the porch drinking our coffee in the morning, watching all the little squirrels save up for winter. The food basket was great, we enjoyed it all. Looking forward to coming back!!

Summary: These cottages are super clean and the host has thought of everything to make you feel welcome. Cheese and cherries in the fridge and muffins and jam on the table. The only thing that could be added would be a toaster or toaster oven. Would highly recommend a stay here!!!

Summary: Stayed here with my dog while visiting the area and the hostess made us both feel very welcome. This area is peaceful and quiet while close to many amenities and places of interest. The cabins have everything you need for a comfortable stay including fire pits, grills, picnic tables, easy access to the creek, keurig coffee makers and mini fridges. I highly recommend Catherine Cabins!

Summary: This 2 day getaway was perfect! The cabin is spotless and extremely comfortable complete with a welcome basket and cheese platter! Location was perfect close to Watkins glen and Lake Seneca wine trail. Best of all owner Ilona was extremely gracious and available if needed. My dog Graycie and her dog Gracie made fast friends. We are hoping to rent all 4 cabins next year for a family trip.

Summary: Came to Montour to see the water falls and walk Watkins Glen trails. Stayed two nights and loved the convenience and quiet of Catherine’s Cabins. Also had a little time in the evening to catch some trout in the creek
