Positive: The location was amazing! The inside was decorated nicely. There was even a little area for pets, which Lady loved!
Negative: The remotes and TVsโ€ฆthe remote in the bedroom appeared to have been chewed on, and the TV in the livingroom seemed to be missing a remote - the cable wouldnโ€™t work :\
Summary: Loved the stay! Would do it again! My son enjoyed the board games and Lady enjoyed the outdoors!

Positive: Location was quiet & villa were good distance away from high traffic areas. We most definitely were able to rest.
Negative: TV in bedroom needs evaluation, remotes may need to be replaced. Remotes in living room & bedroom were not comparable, per my husband who is into remotes!

Positive: Beautifully furnished. Very comfortable and private. A great place to get away for a few days to relax. Had everything you need in the kitchen. The snack tray was a nice touch. Towels and robes were high quality. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again.
Negative: Fireplace didnโ€™t seem to be working properly. The tv in the bedroom was confusing. Couldnโ€™t get the cable to work. No big deal for us. Could have been user error in both cases.

Positive: The kitchen was well equipped, bed was comfy, very quiet area.
Negative: There was no toilet paper and the key code didnโ€™t work on the 2nd day. The owner was quick to respond and gave us a new code. The tv in the living room is not a smart tv and we had difficulty at first getting it to work. Wish it had better outside seating area. The view of the creek was blocked by the electrical box.
Summary: We always enjoy our stay in the Franklin area. We donโ€™t spend a lot of time in our home away from home, but this was one
