Our Creekside Cutie is the perfect space for couples, small families, golfers, hikers, or friends looking for a getaway. Our home sleeps 4, is located in a golf course community, has a king size bed and sleeper sofa, large flat screen tv, fast internet, and gas fireplace. We are located close to a top hiking area near the Appalachian Trail. Paved roads all the way to the home, quiet, not far from shopping and top sight seeing! The home has a beautiful creek that flows behind it. Come relax Creekside!
Recently renovated, with modern touches and amenities. Fully equipped Kitchen, along with king size bedroom with television, ensuite bathroom with tub and shower. Washer and dryer. Open floor plan. All linens included. Fast Wifi and cable television, Netflix and other streaming services, DVD player with assorted movies. Games and cards available for use. Desk area for those who need to work while away. Gas Fireplace, warm, cozy and beautiful at the push of a button. BBQ grill, fire pit and chairs to enjoy creekside. As you wind through our neighborhood you will see the amazing view of the Nantahala Mountain range and be on the lookout for an abundance of wildlife that share their natural habitat with us, daily deer sighting is expected. Year round rental available come during different times a year and experience all four seasons Spring beauty of the Smoky Mountains, cool refreshing summer nights, gorgeous fall colors and mild winters, with the occasional winter wonderland surprise. Mill Creek Estates is located 10 minutes from downtown Franklin, a centrally located picturesque small mountain town located within 100 miles of Atlanta, Ga, Greenville, SC, Knoxville, Tenn, Asheville, NC and Chattanooga, Tenn. Whether you enjoy a day of golf or sitting by the creek at the villa. We invite you to come enjoy some time in the mountains and enjoy all the Creekside Cutie offers.
Please follow the directions provided to our home, some GPS' don't always lead you to the correct location. Google Maps is the best here in the mountains, please do not use Apple Maps to access the cutie or you will be lost.
Pets are welcome, and even have some of amenities of their own. If you have a pet, please discuss the rules and fees that apply. Failure to disclose pet will result in pet fee being billed.
If your pet is approved please clean up after your animal, in and around the cutie along with anywhere within the neighborhood. An additional cleaning fee will result if guest fails to do so.
We have broadband wifi available at the cutie, it is capable of streaming with some of the best download and upload in the mountains.
The cutie is located within a quiet gated golf course community. If you will be checking in after 8pm please let the host know and directions for entry after the gate is closed.

Summary: Awesome! “Creekside Cutie” lived up to its name! We loved our stay here, loved the area, the safe feeling and the golf course. The villa was so well decorated, everything you would need and it had a feeling of home when you walked in. The bed, very comfy! The neighbors were the hands and feet of God to us following an accident. … perfect strangers and they reached out to us like family.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. Our only issue was, there seemed to be confusion on how to open the gate after 8pm. The remote didn’t work. When I called through the directory, it said the resident was unavailable. I then texted Tiffany’s phone number. She said the gate was recently redone and gave me a four digit code. The listing didn’t say it was a townhouse. Because I have a dog that barks when there is noise, I was concerned about the neighbor. We never heard any noise next door. We met the neighbor and my husband got to play music with him. We are looking for a retirement home. It seems like a very nice neighborhood.

Summary: This is the second summer we have spent time in this VRBO rental and would come back again. Quiet neighborhood, nice neighbors, great place to walk a dog, golf course community. We had turkeys in the front yard and a juvenile bear trying to get into the neighbors birdfeeder! And a resident deer! Franklin has the great smoky mountains performance center with excellent performances every weekend in the summer. and of course, the Haywood smokehouse, great barbecue and some wonderful Mexican restaurants! The king size bed was super comfortable, and it was nice to have a TV in the bedroom. The host was great about getting back with us if we had a question…

Summary: This little place was so awesome! The neighbors were all very friendly and so was everyone in Franklin! Mill Creek golf course was just a short drive down the mountain! The stores and restaurants were also pretty close & a very scenic drive. The condo was just right for my hubby and I and our Pomeranian babies! It was very cozy and had nice decor. This was our second stay and it won't be the last! Dont forget to make time to check out Wayah Bald!

Summary: My Husband and I came to relax unwind and explore the area, and we did just that! But this unit was beyond expectations, plenty of room for us great detail in amenities, bed was amazing kitchen was great everything we needed, and I so enjoyed drinking coffee in the morning and listening to the creek right outside the window. We will most definitely book again! Easy to get to and close to grocery and dollar stores! Thank you for having us and we look fwd to booking again!

Summary: We stayed here for the month of August and had a wonderful getaway time. The neighborhood is tucked away in the woods and our VRBO was right next to a creek that could be heard gurgling 24 hours a day. When we walked in the neighborhood, we found all of the neighbors to be super nice. The condo itself has everything you need. We always enjoy a king bed TV and ceiling fan in the bedroom! Too hot for a fire, but there’s a fireplace if needed. We enjoyed going to plays in neighboring towns, like Highlands and Waynesville. Franklyn itself has a wonderful performing arts center! Of course, lots of places to go hiking, and Franklin has a great produce stand that I highly recommend! Best peaches I’ve had in about 20 years. Tallents produce We were looking for a place to pick up a cake to take to Asheville, and stumbled upon a great bakery, which I highly recommend - everything we tried there was wonderful. La Toluca bakery And if you are a golfer, the golf course at Mill Creek is very reasonably priced and a beautiful hilly mountain course!
