Positive: The location is wonderful. The condo is beautiful and has been completely updated.
Negative: The 1 bedroom has a massive window over the bathtub all the way to the ceiling without any coverings. The wrong code was sent to us for the front door key.
Summary: We experience Helene while we were there, but the first three days of vacation were beautiful.

Positive: Clean, many beach towels & kitchen items supplied (!), great condo & view. Easy covered parking appreciated.
Negative: Toilet guest bathroom not working (losing tank water, needs new rubber stopper?), same bathroom shower window had broken handle, NEST thermostat went into crazy “schedule” temp often making it terribly cold or hot. Not fun Constantly messing with/setting it. Need HOOKS to dry stuff.

Positive: This property was just as advertised. Very clean beautiful view. We had a wonderful time. The only suggestion we would have is that the apartment would be a little better supplied with toilet paper, laundry detergent. Also some work needs to be done on the sliding glass doors, the sliders on the secondary bedroom did not lock. But really overall this was a fabulous apartment. The pool area was very nice, but noticed the area around the pool needs some attention like being scrubbed. We would definitely recommend this property for our friends and family. We are looking forward to coming back next year. Terry and Lori Brooner
