The split floor plan hosts a second bedroom with a queen bed, twin bunk beds and adjoining bathroom. This bedroom and bathroom have amazing water views of the Intercoastal Waterway (one tree island is right out your window - one of our favorite stops when boating!). This room also has a large walk-out balcony that is connected to the kitchen and breakfast table- Watch the sunrise.
