Positive: i had my dog was not able to have breakfast or eat at restaurant due to fact you cant leave your pet unattended at all times.

Positive: The hot tub!
Negative: Way, way overpriced! At $300 a night, we had a view of the roof, toilet paper that was thinner than a rest stop on the highway & they refused to honor Booking.com printed claim that breakfast was included! At $16 a person, breakfast again was way overpriced! The location on top of the hill made it very strenuous to walk to town & parking is very difficult in town. You can do better in Lake Placid!
Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed Lake Placid but regretted staying at Crowne Plaza!

Positive: The outdoor area and bar were really nice, I loved it it was up on the hill and there were plenty of Adirondack chairs to sit in and just take it all in. The staff was very accommodating with early check in and late check out. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch as well. The room itself was very comfortable, could be slightly updated tho to be a little more modern but overall very nice.
Negative: The walkways are a little old looking, and overall it could have a newer look to it as far as the hallways and the rooms, but the outdoor area and the pool are really nice. There’s not much negative to say.
Summary: We had a great time, I would 10/10 recommend staying at this hotel
