Summary: Check-in was fast and easy. Staff was very friendly. We did not utilize the pool or breakfast due to very early checkout. Room did not have toilet paper, floor was not vacuumed, and food left in the refrigerator that was beginning to smell. I’ll find a cleaner place for less money next time.

Summary: It was a very nice place to stay! George at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. We went to Kentucky kingdom and it’s so close and convenient. The indoor pool was clean and very nice

Summary: Loved the updated hotel and swimming pool. This area is right off the highway next to the airport and convention center which looks run down but never felt uncomfortable leaving the car parked in their lot. It’s less than 15 min from all the major attractions and downtown.

Summary: Great stay. Only complaint would be housekeeping. Didn't leave any tissues in the room and not enough wash cloths and face towels. Sheets were not properly tucked so at night the would ball up around your feet. Small issues but other than that, a great stay. Excellent staff and beautiful hotel. I will definitely stay there again if in the area.

Summary: Overall I felt a little underwhelmed by my experience. Nothing to do with the guest service. The bed didn't seem as comfy as it could have been and the sheets felt rough and scratchy. The toilet in my room ran throughout the night and was so slightly louder than normal.
