Summary: Terrible. Kim at the front desk was rude and racist. Out room had a wet carpet that made the room stick. They moved us to another room, the toilet did not work. Overall experience was horrible.

Summary: Upon check in, they tried to make us pay even though i paid online. Finally was able to verify that. Get to our room and the floor was flooded around the bed. They change us room, says she will "upgrade" us. The new room was the exact same style. Oh well. The kitchen had a whole piece of boarding missing under the sink. Just not very good up keep at all. Only 1 trash can for the whole unit which i thought was strange. The pool was closed for unknown amount of time. Breakfast was very mediocre. Overall i would not recommend this place nor stay here again.

Summary: The hotel was very clean and well kept. The beds in the room were so uncomfortable. Wish they would clean/service the rooms everyday. The trash cans were way too small for our trash. Enjoyed buffet breakfest

Summary: I stayed in a third-floor corner room near the highway and airport. Unfortunately, the noise level was extremely high throughout my stay. Frequent planes caused the room to shake, and the sound was thunderous all night. Additionally, the proximity to the highway meant constant loud exhaust noise. During my visit, a dog show was taking place, leading to persistent barking in the evening. On the positive side, the hotel was clean and conveniently located. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. However, due to the noise disturbances, I struggled to get much sleep throughout the week.

Summary: A charge of $100 for a little dog for one night is ridiculous. Your website says “Pet Friendly “. I’d hardly call that pet friendly. The woman at the front desk was very abrupt in telling me: “We’re full tomorrow night so we have no late check outs.” I hadn’t even asked for one. Very disappointing stay.

Summary: Lady at checking was kind and polite despite having multiple system issues and getting hit with about 10ppl checking in just before end of shift. Room was perfect traveling with friends and family especially the convenience of 2 bathrooms. Full kitchen. Water temperatures were perfection nice and hot. Beds were comfortable. Definitely not worth $265 a night with condition and issues. Issues We did call for maintenance twice in one day about 6hrs apart but no one ever showed up but said they were on property and would come to handle issues. The third call they had gone home without bothering to handle issues. 4 of the biggest issues 1-Doors on bathrooms and bedrooms didn’t close shut or stay or lock. Could be issues with smaller children or privacy. Was left slightly uncomfortable with means of shutting the door. 2- heat was struggling when the outside temperatures hit 20s and the inside was 56 the emergency heat kicked on. 3-the fireplace did not work at all. Pilot light was lit but beyond that nothing would happen when turning on its switch. Was looking forw 4- the furnace had a horrendous rattling while on that caused sleep to be interrupted and tv next to impossible to hear no matter which room you was in. Bathroom door and toilet seats needed replaced. Both had quite a bit of damages and chunks missing, but still functional. Over all super nice hotel and rooms. Just needs some upkeep maintenance to keep everything up to par and worth the cost charging a night.
