Positive: Very comfortable and sweet cottage and in a great location

Negative: The size was great defo bigger than it looks( but I did bang my head a few times in the door

Summary: Enjoyed every minute of been there the fire was great to keep the place warm and only round the corner to where you need

Positive: The old miners cottage is big enough for 4 people and has been updated well. The owners left a lovely gift of food and wine, just perfect after a drive up from London. I was there in the heavy snow and the location was great as I was able to get into the village by car or on foot.

Negative: I loved sitting by the fire in the evenings.

Positive: Loved the old miners cottage. The location was brilliant, the back garden led into the woods and the path rhat headed down to the Ogwen river. Out the front of the property there were amazing footpaths towards the village. The autumn colours were splendid.

Negative: Everything was great

Summary: Crud yr Awel was a lovely escape. I will be trying to book this place for my next visit

Positive: Lovely cottage in the historic village of Bethesda. Very close to all the main attractions sights in Eyri (Snowdonia)

Negative: Bathroom can be cleaner. There is a small of damp in the bathroom which would need some work to rectify.

Positive: It was very a very convenient location for us as family lived nearby. Perfect for us. Location was great to visit local attractions too; Zipwire, Snowdon and train ride. Lots of castles to visit and beautiful beaches. When we arrived there was a gift of a bottle of wine, biscuits and crisps.

Negative: Liked everything. Only one minor; no hairdryer and did not bring one with me.

Summary: Perfect Location - Cosy Quarry Cottage.

Positive: Nice quiet location, ideal for two adults and two older teenagers. Had Wi-Fi, televisions all the necessary kitchen equipment plus cleaning equipment & a shower. Towels provided on the bed when arrived. Had to drink a nibbles provided, which was a nice little touch. Free parking out side the cottage.

Negative: Only one thing was maybe a blind in the top bedroom.

Summary: A hidden little treasure.
