Positive: The location and surrounding areas, the decor, the hosts, the facilities. The Bothy is well equipped and beautiful. It was so cosy and relaxing. The owners really have done a fantastic job of making a great place to stay. The photos don't do it justice! It is a short distance from plenty of towns and historic places to visit. If you're after quality accommodation that you can completely relax in, a base from which to explore the stunning surroundings, head for walks, short drives to pretty towns and lovely restaurants, Cullew Bothy is the one!
Negative: There is just one thing that I personally would have changed - but no criticism here. It is a matter of personal preference! The mattress on the downstairs bed is very soft and sprung. Bit of a transition if you're used to a firm, foam mattress. Just to note, the spiral staircase is a striking feature but may be a little tricky for those with sore feet/mobility challenges.

Positive: The property is beautifully designed, with plenty of space for us 4 adults. The hot tub is fantastic, and the kitchen had a lot of utensils for cooking etc. There is also an ice machine which is a really nice touch.

Positive: Beautiful inside and outside in the middle of nature good WiFi beautiful setting
Negative: Was owners fault but couldn’t use the hot tub when we arrived due to pre ious tenants going in the hot tub with fake tan😡😡 so owners had to drain clean and refill but took ages and we couldn’t us it till middle of Monday
