Summary: Good communication with owner. There was a need for basic needs advertised but not at apt so after a call to owner, an order was delivered to door. The apt. is older but nicely updated and decorated. Apt. is off a busier road near hospital so lots of emergency vehicle/helicopter noise. Apt. needs some TLC as floors are buckled and needed to move a rug on top of area. Minus the few issues, may rating is a solid 4.

Summary: There was damaged wood flooring in the main hallway that was dangerous. There was a lose piece of metal on the front door that caught and slammed every time you went in and out. There were these tiny ant like bugs all over the kitchen. Once these issues are addressed the condo itself was as expected and a good location.

Summary: The decor is beautiful, beds comfy and amenities were just right. It's obvious that the apartment is older but very well updated. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and a little cleaning supplies to help clean throughout our stay. Could use more than 4 plates/bowls/forks/spoons... And towels... Was hoping for a broom but not provided. Nice to have the TV in the living room but could have used one in a bedroom when traveling with children. Pool was right across the quiet little street. Laundry easily accessible. Clean grounds. So close to everything. Messaged the property manager about access to a broom or mop to help keep the floor clean during the stay and wasn't responded to. Keep the curtains closed in the afternoon. Otherwise it gets very warm. Overall, we would stay again! Bring a broom, extra towels and paper plates/utensils.

Summary: Great location! The condo was very clean & the host provided all essentials along with a binder full of helpful instructions. A fantastic host with great communication.

Summary: The positive things was that we were close to where we needed to be. The beds were also comfortable. We stayed for a month and there was nothing to clean the apt, not a broom or toilet cleaning liquids, not an iron. The pots and pans were very used and scratched. The silver were scarce. Poor lighting in the kitchen area. The kitchen table was wabbly, we were afraid to sit at the table in fear that it would fall. They gave us only one key and it was inconvenient for our party since we had to share it. There were other minor inconveniences that were not as important to us.

Summary: Wonderful property with a great location for the walking to the football game. Property was clean and linens on the beds were super-soft. A parking tag was missing, but ended up not being an issue. Also, extra set of linens/blanket for futon in living room would be nice for people in the future. Thanks for the yummy box of chocolates, our family enjoyed! :)
