Summary: We stayed as locals while we had some work done on our home. The location was great proximity to our home and all of our usual spots. We went walking around Colonial Williamsburg nearly every night. The kitchen had what we needed for home cooked meals. Lynn and Caleb were very responsive with our reservation request and communication during our stay. The listing notes two queen beds but I'm pretty sure we slept on a king bed. It felt very new and comfy!

Summary: The is cottage is tiny, but it was just enough for my husband and I and our 4 young kids. The location is what sold us- 15-20 minutes from lots of attractions. It was clean, comfortably furnished and minimally decorated- perfect for a rental. We had a few minor issues, but the owner was easy to contact and quick to respond. My biggest complaint/constructive criticism would be to ditch the toxic plug in air fresheners. There was 4 in this tiny space, and the smell was overwhelming - it was an instant headache for me and we needed to bag them up and put them outside during our stay.
