MASTER BEDROOM: queen bed, single daybed, & dresser
MASTER BATHROOM: double sinks, vanity, toilet, shower, closet
2nd LIVING AREA/4th BEDROOM: full size sleeper sofa, Roku TV, kids books and toys, half bath, laundry room
SUNROOM: table & chairs, seating area, board games
BACK DECK: string lights, custom wood bar w/ stools, loungers, seating
OUTSIDE: HUGE yard for throwing frisbees, etc, tree swing, hammock, fire pit, option to set up outdoor movie screen and projector, basketball goal, outdoor gas grill
CLIMATE CONTROL: Ivy's Cottage has central heat and air (2 zones for upstairs and downstairs)
PARKING: There's plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. One guest commented that it's a "boat friendly destination for those looking to fish the beautiful Chick River."
PRIVACY: When in town, my husband and I live in the basement apartment (separate, private entrance) and will have our car there. You'll have full use of the house and yards, and we will respect your privacy.
WIFI: We provide guests with 2 hotspot wifi's.

1. We provide the fire pit, you bring the lighter, wood, etc.
2. The movie projector connects to a laptop or DVD player.

Summary: Charming house with all the amenities. There was plenty of room for our group of 5. Prefectly located near all the attractions we participated in;Bucsh Gardens, Colonial Williamsburg,outlet shopping mall, Go Ape Ziplining. AThe Two Drummers Smokehouse was the best place to eat. There was a small issue with the furnace and the property managers/owners were right on it. The repair was done within hours of reporting it. I definitely recommended Ivy Cottage to anyone.

Summary: We were in Williamsburg for spring break. Ivy’s Cottage was the perfect central location to Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown, Jamestown and Busch Gardens. We never had to drive more than 20 minutes to get anywhere. You never know what level of “clean” you are going to get when you rent a property, but I will say in this case, the house was SUPER clean, which I thoroughly appreciated. The owners were also great at communicating anything that was needed.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at Ivy’s cottage. We wanted to visit Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown and Jamestown. Not wanting to stay in “downtown” Williamsburg we found Ivy’s cottage which was the perfect distance to everything we had planned during our week stay. We are not much for eating out especially trying to get back after dark. We were able to make all our dinners there in the kitchen as they had all pots, pans, and utensils needed. The porch was very nice as was the entire property. It was a great size for anyone with families. Owners do live on site in basement when they are in town but you only see if you happen to be in driveway when they are. Did not have any issues but I know owners are available if the need should arise. My dad and I love visiting Virginia and this trip to Williamsburg area and our stay at Ivy’s cottage was Perfect. Thank you!

Summary: We really enjoyed this lovely little home. The upstairs rooms were perfect for a couple and 2-3 kids and there is also a nice large bedroom downstairs. The kitchen and living room were perfect and there was a nice reading/sun porch and second tv room for kids. Nice large backyard. Everything was available. We really didn’t have to bring anything. The only slight drawback, I would say, is that it was a little closer to the split 4-lane than we thought so that might be a concern for those with young children or light sleepers. Overall, we had a great stay!
