PLEASE BE ADVISED...
Our community pool has been closed to guests since the start of COVID. You can, however, get guest passes now at nearby Minerals Resort which allows you to use their pools and sports areas. (Please call Minerals for rates/reservations, tickets sold separately). Mountain Creek Water Park is also open seasonally (Please call Mountain Creek for more info/rates/reservations, tickets sold separately).
THE PLACE:
Entire two-level 3 bedroom/2 bath townhouse located in Great Gorge Village directly adjacent to Minerals Resort.
MINERALS RESORT INFO:
A 5 minute walk from the unit, you can make reservations for dinner or spa services at Minerals Resort (only reservations needed). There are also some seasonal activities such as their "glice" ice skating rink that can be used as well (certain days for non guests/reservations need). Crystal Springs Resorts (including Minerals) has Wedding Planning/Venues as well!
THINGS TO DO:
Within a 20 minute radius you can enjoy: golf, (Minerals Golf Club/Great Gorge Golf Club). Hiking, zip-lining, and ropes courses(TreEscape Aerial Adventure Park). Skiing, snowboarding, snow-tubing, mountain biking, water park, zip-lining, or plan your wedding (Mountain Creek Resort). Horse back riding (LRS, Phoenix Equestrian Center, Quiet Creek Stable). Sky diving (Skydive Sussex) or Have a nice day at the beach, lake, boating, kayaking, swimming, fishing/ice fishing, camping, hunting, biking, hiking, cross-country skiing, bird watching, wildlife viewing, picnic/playground area (Wawayanda Beach & Lake).
Warwick, NY is also just 15-20 mins away where there are nice restaurants , bowling , wineries, a drive in movie theatre and cute clothing shops!
BEDROOMS & BATHS:
We have 2 cozy bedrooms downstairs (recently renovated) with a full size bed and a queen size bed. The "Water Room" (off kitchen) now has a Smart TV on the wall as well. There is a large loft/bedroom upstairs with a king size bed, TV, and an en suite bathroom. The upstairs bathroom has a standing shower while the first floor bathroom (recently renovated) has a full tub.
CHECK IN/GATEHOUSE:
Please send license plate numbers 3 days in advance so that we can have parking passes ready for you!
PARKING:
There is parking available around the unit on a first come, first serve basis (there's always some parking avail when I go). Each unit is allowed 2 parking spaces and guests will receive 2 parking passes. There is additional guest parking available near community pool, on main road as you past gatehouse on the righthand side, as well as by Minerals Resort.
GETTING AROUND:
Driving is your best bet as there are so many activities, attractions, and restaurants nearby! Uber/Lyft drivers are also available (limited availability at night in the area).

Summary: Communication with the property manager was excellent. The property was perfect for what we needed (1 night stay for a wedding in the area). If some updates were done inside this would have gotten 5 stars. Overall, this met our needs for the night.

Summary: Our family ranging in age from 17 to 83 years olds cut our Christmas trees down in Newton, NJ. This year we decided to stay overnight. After a long day at the Christmas tree farm we checked into our room. It was much cleaner and nicer than it appeared in the pictures. We had plenty of room and enjoyed the comfort of spending the evening as opposed to driving home. The location was perfect .

Summary: I utilize this space as the rental for a wedding weekend. It was a very convenient location, in addition to the property being gorgeous and very well-maintained. Directions were clear, communication was impeccable, and we had the time of our lives. We highly recommend the space. It was perfect for an entire bridal party to get ready, and the spiral staircase made for some really incredible photo opportunities. We really lucked out!

Summary: The house seemed cleaned and cute when we arrived, but there were food chunks on the stove. The pool and other amenities were supposed to be included, but turns out it wasn’t. We had to cancel our trip early and I’m still waiting for someone to give me a refund. On the days we canceled.

Summary: This was a perfect place to stay for what we were looking for. We had a wedding in the area and eight adults were able to sleep comfortably! There was plenty of room and the listing was 100% accurate. It was easy to book and get information and updates.

Summary: My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. Great location for our needs. Accepting pets was a plus. It was not as clean as I would have liked (ie sticky counters) but all in all it was a nice unit.
