Inside, relish in a stylish haven with new furniture, plush beds, and updated amenities. Immaculate bathrooms await your relaxation. Sleeps 6 comfortably, perfect for a tranquil retreat. THE SPACE
The main living area is an open space that consists of a dining, living room with 65" TV and kitchen area. There is a full bathroom that has been recently updated and is very clean. The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with a TV. Upstairs is a spacious loft with two queen beds. This condo is comfy but spacious.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, brand new appliances, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishware/flatware
Please note: Although the condo is in the Mineral Springs Spa Resort community they have completely separate owners. Renting the condo does not give you access to the pool or spa facilities. For access to the pool/spa please visit their website.

Family of four with two teens that found the Black Bear Chalet cozy, clean, accommodating, comfortable, and convenient to all needs and areas of entertainment. Summary: We wanted to visit NYC but didn't want to stay in the city. This was just a little over an hour from there and it was a very nice condo. Check in was super easy!
