Summary: Lovely room, gorgeous pool with views. Delicious cocktails and cappuccinos. Very friendly staff. I have stayed here many times and would definitely recommend 100%!

Summary: As usual everything was fantastic until I got to the Spa where I discovered children! The hotel has promised me on more than one occasion that children are only allowed in the Spa in the mornings. That's why I went in the afternoon. Very disappointed.

Summary: Very noisy people in adjoining room till 3am! Could not sleep until 4am. Reported to Reception who took action. No Coffee in room or in hotel until 7pm on our arrival in the afternoon. Was available on open roof but gales blowing at the time! Staff very helpful when they could be.

Summary: For our purpose it had ideal location. Friendly personal at desk. Nice room. Big bed. Door of bathroom did'nt close. Breakfest rather expensive for what you get.

Summary: My fave hotel to stay in everything was perfect! View of salt lakes from Pink terrace is beautiful. Room cleanliness outstanding. Friendly staff. Delicious cocktails, sangria and cappuccinos. Food very tasty - my favourite meal was spaghetti carbonara! Reception areas spotless.

Summary: I stay at this hotel regularly 4 or 5 times a year. I have previously been promised by the management that children are only allowed in the Spa during morning sessions. My Spa was spoilt by a child being allowed in halfway through the afternoon session. His loud shrieking in the pool could be heard inside the sauna! Jumping about and splashing other people does not make for a relaxing experience. In the evening we went to the bar, as we always do, to enjoy a drink sitting on the terrace. Could not believe the rudeness of the waiter. He just said "No, not possible" and walked off!. We eventually managed to get a drink and sit inside at the bar, having been told that the outside terrace was reserved for people eating. We had the opportunity to watch and listen to the appalling attitude of this waiter and a female member of staff. They were extremely rude to everyone, one poor hotel guest asked to see the menu, he was told "no, not for you tonight". Another couple wanted to sit in the restaurant for their dinner, but were told no, and they had to sit in the bar. A different couple wanted to sit outside with a bottle of wine. They were rudely told to go to the upstairs bar to get a bottle of wine, and that they could not sit outside. I have never in my life heard hotel staff treating guests so badly. It was disgusting, I don't know how they manage to keep their jobs.
