Spanish style Villa with own Private Pool located in the pretty Los Balcones suburb, On the ground floor is a good size shaded terrace which overlooks the villaยดs swimming pool and gardens, living area with sofa seating plus Smart TV with UK satellite system, Fiber WIFI internet . kitchen with main appliances inc dishwasher, 2 Ground floor double bedrooms and a family bathroom, On the first floor are two more bedrooms ( one double and one twin ) plus a shower room plus access the roof Terrace which has great views of Torrevieja famous pink salt lakes. The villa is fully furnished,, All 4 bedrooms & Lounge have modern high speed ceiling fans to help keep cool during summer months. plus there are 2 Air conditioning units installed at the villa , One in the living area which filters cool air through to Bedrooms 1 and 2 and one ร/C unit upstairs in first floor landing area which filters cool air through to bedrooms 3 & 4 . Local restaurants cafes bars supermarkets shop pharmacy etc within 4 minutes walk , local play park with football pitches basket ball , ping pong tables, pick nick zones within 5 minutes walk
New for 2024 -Most of the ground floor has been retiled in a light bright colour, The front Terrace has been modernised , 8 new outdoor dining chairs, new smart TV , New fridge freezer, new breakfast bar in the kitchen with 2 stools, new charcoal BBQ area at back of house with shaded seating/dnining area , new roof top Terrace with shade sail and seating area plus 2 more sun beds, relax and enjoy the view of the famous pink salt lakes at dusk

Los Balcones is a green leafy and well established suburb of Torrevieja. Its situated on the Southside of Torrevieja between the Famous Pink salt lakes and the Mediterranean sea. the closest beaches (Both blue Flag status for cleanliness and facilities) are situated at Punta Prima and Los Nafregus both can be reached within 5 minutes by car /taxi or 5 minutes by bus (pick up point is 4 min walk from the villa). Vist Torrevieja Town centre 7 min drive (car /taxi) or 10 minutes by bus.
We have two large international airports Alicante and Murcia both with in 55 minutes drive.
Torrevieja: In recent years Torrevieja has become a first-class tourist location, it boasts 320 days of sun a year and an average temperature of 18ยฐC. There are many beautiful beaches, squares, walks, public parks, gardens and other natural beauty spots. Torrevieja is a typically lively Spanish town with its many cafes bars restaurants offering delicacies from all around the world and famous street markets. One of the main attractions to Torrevieja are the variety of festivals which take place almost every month. Some of the most popular events in Torrevieja are the Carnivals, in which thousands of people join in, forming a light show of colour, satir and good humour.
Things to do : A Trip into Torreveija town centre is a must, Take a stroll along the promenade, check out the evening street market (next to the water fountain) open every night. Visit the Tivolo (fun fair) has rides for both adults and children, have an ice-cream from one of the many ice-cream parlours along the front. Visit the huge water park with water slides, chutes and wave machines (open late June to early Sept) Go Go Karting at Punta Prima (open all year round) its a fantastic track offering high adrenalin fun for teenagers and adults (children over 7). Ten pin bowling near the Haberneras shopping centre. Take a relaxing walk around one of Torreveijaโ€™s parks, Go for a boat ride at the boating lake (park of Nations) For night time entertainment visit the lively bar streets (behind Ell Muelle restaurant) and if your still awake hit the night clubs try 'Pacha' (sister to Ibiza super club) located in the industrial area. Torreveija has approx 800 restaurants, Cafes & Bars to chose from.

Summary: Indoors was good, place was as descripted. Towels, sheets and some dishes could be changed. Service was very good, one bed was broken and they fixed it immediatly. In the yard was some broken glass and nails. Situation was disapointment, not good restaurants or beach near and no walkway to get there.

Summary: The welcome at the house was very nice. We were welcomed with gifts like wine, water and more. The house was very clean and we enjoyed the big private pool a lot.

Summary: great location: quiet, supermarket and restaurants in walking distance. Larger markets & malls just a few minutes drives away. Main road connections close. Sadly no uninterrupted walkway to the beach (close by though). The villa itself is perfect: 4 bedrooms of similar sizes, cosy living room, wide spaced kitchen (2 fridges!), lovely terrace to relax, eat, or just watch the kids in the pool. Oh, and the pool is awesome! The rim is never slippery, the size is large enough to allow several ppl at once, but still small enough so kids won't never be far away. The only real downside is: we didn't spend enough time there ;-) well worth the money

Summary: Lovely villa in a relaxed setting. Nice residential area close to some restaurants & bars. Short hop into Torrevieja town & beach. Great week will certainly return.

Summary: Good position for shops ,garage , restaurants,very nice swimming pool and gardens ,nice verandah but unfortunately felt that the inside of the house was very dated and tired ,I would say that a refurb would not go amiss ,as to whether I would stay there again I would probably say yes as it is situated in a nice area

Summary: Really enjoyed everything about the Property and the flexibility of the management team. Lovely and clean and very homely. We stayed with you children and the area wasn't ideal for them and thank god I hired a car to get around in. Nothing negative to say on the property itself, just not much locally for a family.
