The primary bedroom and ensuite are located on the main floor to enjoy someone needing a little private chillaxing time or recuperating from an injury or may have a handicap and can not do the stairs.
All bedrooms have brand new Sealy Poster Single coil Queen mattresses. Luxury when it counts most! 850 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets & 100% Jacquard Cotton Comforters.
This boutique home is fresh, fun and totally renovated for your enjoyment. We only have professional cleaners and have high standards. Please walk into town to local establishments if one wishes to carry beyond the 11 o'clock by-law of quiet time!!! Renters must obey the local by-laws, and No parties are allowed. Quiet time must be established at 11 pm by the guests. Please have respect for our neighbours.
Guest will have to pay for all by-law fines, and it will automatically deduct from your DAMAGE DEPOSIT at double the amount of the fine.
Kelowna offers the most fantastic lifestyle!! You can ski in the morning, bike down the mountain, play a round of golf and finish the evening walking around the Lake Path and Waterfront park enjoying Lake Okanagan.
This Home's location is within a 1-hour drive of two famous ski mountains 1) Big White 2) Silver Star (Silver Star.). Central to the many Golf Courses Kelowna has to offer and 1 hour to the famous Predator Ridge Golf and Sparkling Hills Luxury Holistic Resort.
Wine tours begin from our front door, only a few. walk a few blocks to
local Sandhill Winery, visit the Pyramid at Summerhill or have lunch at Mission Hill Winery with its spectacular views of Okanagan lake. Many days can be exploring the close surrounding areas: exploring the renowned Golden Triangle or heading out to the District of Lake Country and biking the" New Rail Trail," taste and sip all the local vineyards fare. While in Lake Country, make sure you stop and visit the Kangaroo farm! (It's a must with children.) Book a day and treat yourself to one of the many wine tours offered.
Grab a Map and go!! So much abundance & accessible trails for the cycling enthusiast. From the Kettle Valley Railway trails to the Okanagan Rail Trail.
Walk out the front door to the Vibrant Downtown Kelowna Cultural District and Historic Bernard Ave.
So many attractions are available from your front door: Okanagan Lake, City Park, City marina, Yacht club. Spend a day shopping and exploring the quaint original downtown with famous Landmarks and posting the history of original homesteaders posted throughout the area. Rent a bike, spend the day riding down to The Mission along the beautiful Abbot street corridor, have lunch at the famous Eldorado hotel, and cycle back. Rent a boat or paddleboard for the day and cruise stunning Lake Okanagan. Hang out on the many beaches in the area. Hike the incredible trails up to Knox mountain with absolutely 360 degrees panoramic views of the city and Okanagan Lake. Don't forget the bathing suit for the walk into Paul's tomb, ending with a refreshing swim in the cove (it is so worth it.)
Walk the downtown Bernard sector with all its boutique shops, have ice cream at the sails, lunch at the Earls rooftop, Cactus Club Lake Patio or enjoy looking at Kelowna Yacht Club Marina and Boats. Starbucks, Safeway, Shoppers Drug Mart, are all within a 5 mins walk.
No car is necessary on all major bus routes!!
I know that you will fall in love with Kelowna's lifestyle and will be wanting to book your future vacation! Gamble and win at the local Playtime or Chances Casino. Dance the night away with available live music at the city park or one of the many clubs and venues.
