Beautiful Executive Suite with floor to ceiling windows, Spacious deck with seating for four , The accommodations are suitable for five people , Steps to downtown Bernard via a short walk through the bird sanctuary and the board walk or along water street.
Waterscapes is beautiful lakeside community in the heart of downtown Kelowna. Enjoy vacationing in a first class facility with stunning amenities all within a short walk to the beach. A great place to stay and play just minutes from over 60 restaurants, Prospera Place, Lakeside Casino, the wine museum, the Kelowna Community Theatre, the Yacht Club and much more.
The resort features a 4000 sq foot amenity center with swimming pool , Two hot tubs, fitness and yoga center, putting green, billiards room and a library.
All Contemporary and high end Décor, The Master bedroom features a Queen size canopy bed with ensuite bath with soaker tub and separate shower . The second bedroom also has a Queen size bed. The living room area has a 55” inch Smart TV , Wifi , Netflix , Prime and a Bose stereo compatible with a smart phone . The second three piece washroom has a shower only. We are in the Waterscapes Skye Tower on the third floor facing sunset drive over the water feature. Easy two flights up or down to avoid the elevator. Convenient underground parking spot close to the elevator or exit to the street. Underground parking clearance is 6'8" high.
There is a $500 damage deposit required on reservations through VRBO that is refunded 7 days after departure. There is also $95 cleaning fee for every booking. **** Check in is after 4 pm, check out is 10 am , We can accommodate an earlier check in or later check out only if we do not have a check out/in the same day

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen very well equipped. We did a fully turkey dinner. Outdoor communal hot tub was great. Deck was spacious and lovely. We were hoping to have a water view, but it was still lovely. There is a cot that we thought we could set up as a third sleeping area but we really didn't feel there was a good spot for it to be considered workable. So we opted for pull out couch which was brand new and surprising quite comfortable. Flora was wonderful with answering questions. Great to be walking distance to downtown. We would definitely opt to stay again.

Summary: Easy walking distance to downtown and waterfront areas. Owner responded quickly to requests made prior to arrival. Everything in the unit was as advertised. Will definitely consider this property next time we're in Kelowna.

Summary: The condo was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have a car and everything we needed or wanted was within walking distance . Sitting around the pool also helped us enjoy our holiday

Summary: Fantastic location, great amenities. Walking distance to lake and downtown. Love the Lime scooters right outfront of the condo to scoot around downtown. Hot tubes and pool lovey. Thank you to Flora abd Takis for everything. We will be back Cheers

Summary: This condo is in a great location, half block from the waterfront walkway and easy walk to everything downtown. There is a nice big balcony, and the condo itself is new and spotlessly kept. Our only complaint was that the living room furniture was older and pretty squashy, as was the cot that one of our party slept on. Some things could use updating.

Summary: The condo is very well located, clean and mostly worked well for the 4 of us. We stayed there the week of May 12, 2024.We were disappointed with the following: 1) The kettle is very small, the lid does not shut nor automatically shut off. We had to stand by it to shut it off and had to run it a couple time to get enough hot water for us. 2) Our morning toast set on the lowest toast setting sometimes got burnt. 3) We stayed a full week and for the 4 of us, we were provided with one half box of kleenex and another box with 5 sheets left, 3 toilet rolls, 3/4 roll of paper towels and 2 small soaps. We reached out to the owner for more and he wasn't very happy that we asked for more. We then reached out to the property manager and she was kind enough to give us more of these. 4) We were also given only one garbage bag for the kitchen and 4 pods for the dishwasher which is certainly not enough for a full week, especially one garbage bag. We went and purchased more ourselves. I would recommend keeping more available for future guests. 5) The blinds in both bedrooms do not keep the sunlight out at all and made it difficult to sleep in the morning especially since sunrise is very early in May. I would suggest getting new darker shades/blinds that block the sunlight for the windows in the 2 bedrooms. Other than the above issues, we were happy with the condominium. It had all the basic amenities we needed.

Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, you can walk to Knox for a nice hike, you can walk downtown, lots of restauarants. Boardwalk is right there, walk some more (I love to walk lol). Some things that could use improvement, keep in mind I'm speaking for myself & family. Beds are very soft so if you like a firm mattress keep this in mind. The main bedroom has the fountain lights shining into the room all night, since the blinds are pretty light, makes the room very bright to sleep in. Lastly there are no screens on any of the windows or patio door. Having said this I'd definitely stay again.
