This home is a uniquely spectacular waterfront facing, corner condo on the fourth floor at Discovery Bay Resorts, Kelowna. The scenic balcony looks west into the sunset affording180 degree unobstructed panoramic views over the inner boat locks, bird sanctuary, sandy beach, clear blue lake and the grand Okanagan mountain ranges.
The condo comes fully-furnished and fully-equipped with 2 bedrooms , 2 bathrooms, spacious open living-room, dining-room, kitchen area and a separate laundry room. Additionally, there are 2 living room pull-out sofa beds to accommodate up to 7 guests.
The master bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, a queen size bed and more spectacular views. The guest bedroom has a second queen size bed, its own access to the front balcony and even more spectacular water and mountain views.
This is one of Kelownaโs prime luxury first class resort accommodations, located in the heart of downtown Kelowna right on the lake, overlooking the beach. There are kilometers of waterfront walkways that begin at the bird sanctuary right under this condo and offer visitors many relaxing kilometers of park-like setting in all directions. You are within walking distance of numerous coffee shops and 5 Star restaurants and only a 10-minute walk to the heart of Kelownaโs Bernard Street tourist district. Let the evening lake breezes wash over you as you enjoy BBQing and watching the sun set behind the mountains right in front of you.
The resort offers a year-round heated indoor/outdoor pool and a year-round outdoor hot tub as well as a large second heated outdoor seasonal pool with yet another hot tub. Additionally, there is a sauna, a fully equipped gym, an expansive games room with pool table, table tennis, foosball, comfy sofas, with a fireplace and a bar/sink/fridge for gatherings. Additionally, there is a large gas fired outdoor BBQ and eating area adjacent to the outdoor pool and hot tub.
The suite is equipped with a large flat screen smart TV over the fireplace for streaming Netflix and YouTube or watching cable channels in the living room. Unlimited free High-speed internet is provided over WiFi. The living room also has a dedicated office space with panoramic lake and mountain views. The dining area seats 6 and the kitchen bar area seats an additional four. Appliances include a high-end double boiler cappuccino/espresso machine, two coffee grinders, a blender, popcorn machine, 2nd coffee maker, toaster, microwave, ceramic stove top, convection oven, and fridge/freezer.
This condo also has its own in-suite washer/dryer laundry room including an iron/ironing board and comes with all the laundry detergents soaps.
We provide all linens, extra pillows, and towels, including dedicated beach towels, and all paper and cleaning products, including some personal hygiene supplies.
The sun deck has a large Natural Gas BBQ, table and chairs.
