If you're seeking a party house, I regret to inform you that this is NOT the place for such gatherings.
Daggers Den, is a spectacular and spacious family holiday retreat that can comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. Nestled just a two-hour drive from Adelaide, it offers a serene riverside location with incredible views and private river access. Additionally, local pubs are just a short 12 minute drive away, and there's ample parking space for up to 10 cars at the rear of the property.
Amidst a picturesque gum-studded landscape, you can relish the tranquility and even spot the occasional kangaroo, echidna, or tawny frogmouth that frequent the area.
The upper level features six bedrooms, a generously equipped kitchen with dual microwaves, oven, electric hotplate, coffee pod machine, two fridges, and a double drawer dishwasher. The dining, lounge, and sitting areas lead to an expansive balcony that offers breathtaking views of the river and its sandstone cliffs. The lounge TV is internet-ready, providing complimentary access to Netflix and a PS3, and most bedrooms are equipped with TVs.
On the lower level, you'll find a BBQ area, pool table, table tennis, and an additional lounge area for separate entertaining. The property boasts its private boat ramp, granting you year-round access to the Murray River.

Summary: Beautiful river frontage and large open plan shack to suit large group. Well equipped with all you need. Nice riverbank to sit around and easy river access for boats and watersports. Definitely recommended. Kids had a ball and were never bored.

Summary: We loved Daggers Den! the home set up is perfect for families, the kitchen, lounge, living area is stunning with plenty of room and the most amazing view. A home away from home. The river front area was beautiful and a great spot to hang out.

Summary: Overall it was beautiful place to stay. It had everything for a Great holiday, for all ages, updated and modern for large family gatherings/ holidays. It was a Beautiful and Amazing part of the river murray. Overall the property was clean. Unfortunately the Bedding and provided Linen was Visably Unhygienic. But on notification of the issue, the Hosts were reasonable and easy to deal with. Nice arrival package for the guests. We would recomend .

Summary: Our family and friends absolutely loved Daggers Den. Option of 6 bedrooms to accomodate everyone was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to the Riverland. The downstairs games room, fire pit & riverfront fishing were a hit with the kids (big & small). Great entertaining areas inside and out. Communication with the hosts right from the beginning was excellent. Highly recommend Daggers Den as a place for family groups to relax & enjoy the amazing surroundings.

Summary: The perfect place for teens to hang out. Straight out on the river, cycle to Morgan and the space they need, and their parents need to relax. We had a great time and would not hesitate to return or recommend

Summary: What a fabulous property for a family get together ( in our case 10 adults and two teenagers). We had room to move and with the river on our doorstep we had plenty of options - even the kids weren't bored. The games room kept us entertained at night time with a few battles of table tennis and darts happening. The beds were comfy, the living area spacious - not that we spent much time inside during the day - the river was too inviting with the scenery, the fishing and the water sport. The kookaburras greeted us each morning and if we were up early enough we got to see the kangaroos. Didn't want to leave and all the kids agree we will be back.
