Positive: The apartment was very nice, comfortable, super clean, with generous suppliers in the kitchen and in both bathrooms. The kids loved the games from the entertainment basket in the living room. It's only a 5 minute walk to the beach, so a perfect location. We also requested for the keys to be posted ahead of our trip, to save us a separate drive to the agents office, that worked out well.
Negative: As indicated in previous comments, we have also found the provided underground parking space too small for our car. There is on street parking in front of the property, which we used for most of our stay; however it's impossible to find any spaces during 'beach hours' at the weekend, which was an issue.

Positive: The location was brilliant, within just a few minutes walk from the beach and children's playground. The managing agent was incredibly friendly and helpful, and their communication upon arrival was superb. The apartment was nice, with decent bath/shower facilities and a fully-equipped kitchen. Some DVD's and games available for families is a nice touch, as well as the complimentary goodies provided.
Negative: The apartment was not ready upon our arrival and the cleaning was rushed. The apartment did not appear to have been deep cleaned for some time, but I suspect that the previous occupant may have left late and there was not sufficient time to clean properly. The kitchen could do with a thorough clean. The family area was quite a bit smaller than the photos depict, and the couch is tiny and not very comfortable.
Summary: Pleasant and convenient for a short stay.

Positive: Absolutely amazing. Close to the beach, big comfy rooms for a family of four, all the kitchen equipment you might possibly need, dishwasher, washing machine etc. As for the parking mentioned in other reviews, we used it with our mid size SUV Hyundai Tucson. Yes, it was very tight, but doable.

Negative: The sofa is very small and very uncomfortable and the parking space is very small and in an awkward corner but luckily there is plenty of on street parking
