Positive: We had room 6, a lovely room which faced the front of the property with the sun shining in. Extremely clean, comfortable bed and fab shower/ bathroom. Very friendly owners who took the time to chat and obviously work very hard. Beautiful breakfast with a choice of cereal, orange juice, tea, toast and a full English served up hot. The place is based in Westcombe, a lovely area. There is also free parking available, an added bonus. Shampoo and hairdryer provided. We did walk in to Bournemouth, a fair walk but there are buses.
Negative: Everything was great - the room just felt a little chilly in the evening but there was a throw provided for the bed should you need it. We stayed on 2 very cold nights too.
Summary: Would definitely return! Lovely stay and would recommend.

Positive: An enjoyable 2-night stay as a couple in very clean and comfortable surroundings, with a quite spacious double room (No. 4) and an excellent fresh-cooked full English breakfast each morning (plus other options readily available, if preferred). Likewise, our hosts were most welcoming and personable - meeting our every need - and their B&B is located in a relatively quiet area yet within easy walking distance of the sea front via a wooded pathway. Finally, there is adequate free parking on site for all room occupants. So overall a firm recommendation!
Negative: Nothing at all to dislike, although the staircase to the upper rooms is quite steep and may be an issue for those with limited mobility.

Positive: Friendly welcome. The B&B was really well decorated, clean and comfortable. I had a single room, which was larger than expected with a private external bathroom for my own personal use, across the landing. Great breakfast. The ingredients for the cooked part were amazing. 5 minute walk into Westbourne town, where there were many different places to eat. it was busy, as it was a Saturday night.
