Summary: The accommodation was a little smaller than it looked on the photos, but still very nice and very clean. I stayed there with my Labrador. Because of the size of accommodation I wouldn’t recommend this for a longer stay but for 1 or 2 nights it’s fine. Check in and check out process both very easy and efficient. It‘s very close to the village centre which is ideal and there are lots of lovely walks and places to visit nearby. Breakfast was fine, although it could be a nice touch to include some pre-packaged pastries and / or some yogurt in the fridge, together with some fruit in addition to the cereals which are offered. Overall I had a really nice stay.

Summary: Very happy with the accommodation but breakfast was two 'fun size' boxes of cereal. We were walking the Cleveland Way so needed a good breakfast. Unfortunately there were no other breakfast options in the village and so we had a hungry 5 mile walk to Lordstones. So a great place if you have a car and/ or your own food but loses a star for our individual needs.

Summary: The property is well maintained & the hosts are very easy to get along with. There is all you need for your break away if you are traveling without a pet as sadly there is no enclosed space to let your pet go to the loo or run free at the property but they did let us use a large field approx 800yds away .I would have no hesitation in recommending this property & the location is just perfect .

Summary: Had a lovely stay in Harriet’s accommodation with our two dogs. The location was very convenient and the room newly renovated. The room was self contained and had a vey useful corridor outside for coats, boots or even dogs. Also provided were some breakfast comestibles, allowing for tea/coffee and cereal or fruit, thanks to the fridge in the room. Very happy with our stay and would book again.
