Positive: Decking and access to the beach was amazing! Brilliant place to snorkel.
Negative: Location was good for the beach but would maybe need a car if staying longer than a few days. Bring water shoes for beach!

Positive: Perfect location mid-island. Absolutely best part of the property is the back with the private ocean access for snorkeling. Easy drive to multiple locations and multiple restaurants, and Mullins Beach within walking distance.
Negative: The road noise is pretty bad but doesn’t take away from the main feature of the home, which is the ocean. Be mindful the parking spot out front is very small and barely accommodated the small SUV we had rented. Otherwise no problems at all!
Summary: Perfect ocean front home in quiet location for a relaxing trip!

Positive: Darrel Cot house is absolutely lovely and the location on the little beach is amazing. We went to sleep and woke up every day to the sound of the waves. The balcony is big and you can sit outside even if it is raining and enjoy the beautiful view. The house is very spacious and has everything you need. There is a washing machine and dryer which was very useful. There is a garage over the road for essentials and some great bars and restaurants close by. The main beach is a few minutes away with sunbeds to hire and food and drinks available. Barry is a great host and came to meet us on arrival.

Positive: Great location. Right on the beach with your own private entry to it and outdoor shower for rinsing off. All clean and comfortable. Big shower and big washer and dryer. Bath towels and beach towels included. Wonderful deck! Has lots of cable television channels. Would highly recommend!

Positive: The location is fantastic with very easy access to both Speightstown & Holetown. The view from the back decking is fabulous. The house has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is very well equipped allowing you to prepare meals to enjoy on the wonderfull decking. The ac in both bedrooms worked really well. The use off a washing machine and dryer is great. Being able to walk straight out onto the soft Sand beach was fantastic. The sunsets are spectacular. It was lovely to stay in a typical bajan home. The garage across the rd has a good shop for picking up essential groceries. We had a wonderful time and hope to return.
Negative: Nothing at all.
Summary: Totally fabulous and so relaxing.

Positive: The location of the property was amazing, access to the beach, opposite a 24 hour shop, the host 'Barry' was brilliant, helpful with everything, useful insights to the area and also had very helpful numbers of taxi and local tourist areas. The cottage was spacious, air conditioning in the rooms was great, access to loads of channels, fully working kitchen, beach towels etc.. Was really great and enjoyed out time there so much. The cottage is basic so if you want full 5-star comfort then may not be for you, but for a holiday where you want to be outside more than in, and have a clean, safe place to stay with convenience, this is brilliant and we will stay again if we go back to Barbados.
Negative: The only one aspect that was a pain for the kids and I were the mosquito bites. I do not think Barry could do much about this apart from maybe providing more spray and some advice on this to people who stay there. Again was not a big issue but the only one we encountered where we would do something about it earlier. We loved everything else about the property and the stay.
