Tropical Island Rentals introduces this elegant three bedroom townhouse set amongst beautiful landscaped tropical gardens in the private estate of Mullins Bay. This Barbados holiday rental is just a 2 to 3-minute walk from the world-famous Mullins Beach on the beautiful West Coast of Barbados.
Completed to the highest standard with many coral stone features, the rental incorporates air conditioning throughout, marble floors and vanities in the bathrooms and a superbly equipped Miele kitchen with granite countertops perfect for whipping up a batch of rum punch while your private cook prepares some local Barbadian dishes for dinner.
This Barbados rental has been interior designed to the highest standard by the award-winning Jenny Blanc Interiors, London. The house has an airy tropical feel and exudes charm and sophistication. The spacious terrace and nearby trees provide plenty of shade perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach.
All bedrooms are beautifully decorated with en-suite bathrooms, built-in wardrobes and safes. Each bedroom has a king-size bed that can be separated into twins perfect for groups travelling with children.
The garden leads out to a large communal free-form swimming pool with a cascading waterfall. A short stroll takes you down to the Royal Westmoreland Beach Club and Restaurant which is yours to enjoy throughout your stay. You will be provided with complimentary towels, luxury sun-loungers and umbrellas as well as waiter service. Watersports are also available.
The property is ideally located just minutes from Speightstown where you can enjoy lunch at Orange Street Grocers or 111 East or take in some of Barbadosโ€™ rich history at the Arlington House Museum. Golf at Royal Westmoreland and Sandy Lane are also nearby.
Your holiday rental includes a cook, and a maid service plus the development is gated and has 24-hour security.
All in all every possible detail has been taken care of so that you and your family can relax and enjoy a holiday to remember.

Summary: Wonderful stay. The staff were all lovely and very attentive. Being so close to Mullins Beach was superb and the restaurant on the beach was also very nice. The communal pool always seemed quite empty apart from us which suited us just fine! Overall a really enjoyable stay and we would all love to go back and some stage.

Summary: All the family had a wonderful vacation. It is in the perfect location. The communal pool (which was always nearly empty!) is just outside the back gate, with Mullins Beach an easy 2 minute walk away. It was great having beach membership so we could always get sun loungers and the beach bar and restaurant served some really nice food. Inside the property the space worked really well for us. 3 of the bedrooms were a really good size. The 4th was smaller but ideal for the kids. Last but by no means least the staff were amazing and were so kind and helpful as well as cooking some lovely meals. If you are looking for somewhere secure (this one had 24hr security) and really close to a great beach then I would highly recommend it.

Summary: We were extremely pleased with our stay. Coco is a beautiful spot. Location is perfect. Meena and Nyree (staff at Coco) were fantastic in all regards and really went the extra mile to make our stay perfect. No complaints whatsoever. And of course, Barbados is definitely our favourite destination in the Caribbean.

Summary: We had an amazing time. Coco was the perfect fit for our family. Mina is a great cook. Our favorite meals of the trip were ones that she cooked. Jenice took all the pressure of living with 7 messy people off of me. I am really glad that we didn't get the house I originally inquired about. The villa was beautiful and perfectly equipped for our family. Being in the resort was great. The kids used the gym every day (not me!). And the closeness of the beach made it easy for the different groups in our family to go and meet up on different schedules. Thank you and all of your wonderful staff! Julia

Summary: Coco was perfect for us looking for good value option close to Mullins Beach. We only used 3 of the 4 bedrooms but all were a good size and we really enjoyed the outside terrace. Having the huge communal pool right on our doorstep was also a massive bonus. We have been to Barbados a number of times and love Mullins Beach so it was great to be only a few minutes walk away and also have use of the sun loungers where we spent most of our days!! Cook was great too! I would definitely recommend Coco as a great rental option.
