Summary: The place is very nice. The WiFi is very bad, don't rely on getting a connection, it doesn't work. If you need to book something, do it in advance. The best place for WiFi was early in the morning at the restaurant doring a absolut perfect breakfast...

Summary: It is quite a nice resort. The restaurant was nice too. The washroom is bit on terrible side. But restaurant service was good.

Summary: The hotel is good and a perfect place to stay for maybe one or two nights. There is a restaurant on site but it had closed by the time we got there so it was a few snacks from the small shop next door. The place was very comfortable and clean and completely isolated, a big log cabin in the mountains.

Summary: I had read a bunch of negative reviews and almost canceled our booking. I am glad we didnt. The room has been renovated recently and was much nicer than I was expecting. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was also quite good. We would stay here again.

Summary: The TV was not working in our room and internet connection was really bad. However, the staff was kind enough to let us switch to another room. The condition and cleanliness of the rooms were just okay. The resort was the only lodging between Banff and Jasper, hence we stayed there to enable us to hit both national parks.

Summary: The resort itself is mediocre at best. The washrooms in the public area were disgusting. The womens bathroom was worse than any roadside gas station bathroom I have ever been in. The restaurant was ok nothing special but ok. The Cowboy Pub in the campground was cool. Great staff, good food, fun atmosphere, that was a highlight. Stayed in the motel. It was clean but the bed was uncomfortable. It was adequate and it was better than camping in the rain but not worth 300.00 in my opinion. There are no other hotel accommodations in the area and its high season so I'm not shocked or disappointed. Just leaving an honest review.

Summary: The ambience was good. I observed that in my room only the towels were kept new, garbage were removed and the bed was made. The bathroom looked newly renovated but there was no cleaning of the surfaces or floors. The shower area and the bathroom sink was nasty and there was a stinky smell in the washroom. The heat wasn’t working properly.

Summary: Room was fine, but everything really bad and in need of dramatic overhaul. Worst was seeing an obviously drowned squirrel on path at rear of our room. A staff member must have seen it but did nothing until we reported it. Restaurant cannot be recommended, store products extremely limited.
