Summary: There was no bathmat or anti slip in the tub andmy father in law slipped not much concern was shown for that. (No bathmats are available either) Heater took forever heating up-was told it's a big room- but I am a former housekeeper/front desk clerk and that wasn't to big of a room for that heater system. Coffee kurig not cleaned. Clea yes, convenience yes, breakfast good- but other than that no for return stay.
