Summary: Did not have a shower chair for handicap accessible room only one chair for whole hotel we asked twice for a shower chair but received none

Summary: Unfortunately, my stay was marred by two major issues: the property's subpar condition and a billing error. I was double-charged for my stay, first by the Expedia and again by the property during pre-check-in. Although the second charge was supposed to be a temporary hold, it was mistakenly posted to my account. I'm currently working with Expedia to resolve this issue.
