Positive: The staff was very nice and helpful. Anything we needed was provided right away, great service. The facilities and the room were very clean. Very fair price.
Negative: I wish the showerhead was more powerful, however not that big of a deal.

Negative: Property is in desperate need of outside landscaping/general maintenance. Terrible aesthetics, but a comfortable stay. If you just need a comfortable clean room to lay your head, good choice.Great value.

Negative: Room was dirty and bathroom we didn't have any toilet paper had to ask for some we had to rooms conjoined 1 microwave did not work and 1 bathroom toilet was leaking I booked ahead of time asked for 1st got 4th as my son is afraid of elevators and my baby has respiratory issues so going up in elevators is hard for her i just stayed in the room with her most of the time and my wife took the kids to the pool

Positive: Housekeeping was excellent, even though the facilities were a bit dated and shabby.
Negative: Communication between hotel and booking failed to communicate that we were travelling with a pet. The hotel checked in fine and we stayed the night, then were informed in the morning that the hotel had a no pet policy. No harm was done in this case, but it could have been a very bad situation, if we were denied check in late in the evening after a long day.
