Summary: Our room was very comfortable and clean. We slept great! The public spaces in the hotel could really use a facelift, but for the price, we felt very satisfied with our stay. The location is also great.

Summary: The staff was helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Everything else is old and not cared for. The 4th floor was closed because the roof leaked. There were buckets to catch leaks on the 3rd floor where we stayed. The wallpaper is peeling off in the hallways. The carpet had stains on it. The room smelled musty. The bathroom was small. The water pressure was good. Sink was new. The furniture was old. The ice machine didn’t work. The AC worked very well. The breakfast was good. The breakfast offerings were well stocked because the receptionist made sure to check the supplies often. She was very nice. I forgot to leave her a tip, sorry to say. Oh - one thing that really annoyed me was cleaning the room if you stay more than one night. They won’t do it unless you ask the night before. But I didn’t know you had to make that request the night before. The hotel didn’t inform us that we needed to request our room be cleaned. The hotel did give us new towels for the next day once we made that request.

Summary: There were extra charges added to the room for a deposit that were not identified anywhere. We got snow which is not uncommon for the Adirondacks and the parking lot was never plowed on cleared. It made for unsafe and icy conditions in the parking lot.

Summary: We had a king room and it was very spacious. The bathroom was small but clean, towels were softer than expected. They are obviously short staffed because the breakfast buffet was late but the employee setting it up was very friendly and apologetic. If you are comparing this hotel to the Quality inn down the road. This one is much better and we would stay here again.

Summary: Hotel is in a great location. Rooms are okay. Breakfast is edible. Hotel itself is in need of some work. Hallway carpets need deep clean. Beds are comfy. Ice machine doesn’t work. Water fountain/filler/filter is broken. Make sure your room has toilet paper when checking in, we had a limited amount for a party of 3.

Summary: We were there for one night to catch a flight. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great! The hotel was clean but definitely dated.

Summary: Overall we had a nice stay. Unfortunately the pool/spa was closed down during our stay. The hotel seems a bit run down and could use a freshening up. The arcade was a great hit, though a few games took credits without a game starting. The front desk and breakfast staff were very kind. The shower head was too short for a 6ft tall person, which isn’t that tall.
