Summary: Our stay was ordinary not much happening around this particular area but perfect for accessing the major roads to anlny and all attractions in the greater Cincinnati area . Plus they're dressing the place up with new paint on the exterior and remodeling happening to the entire house . Things are looking up for the old place .. It's getting a New & Fresh Look 😊 .

Summary: Quick access from King's Island. Okay for an overnight stay but felt very uneasy. Neighbors were very loud throughout the night and could be heard through the walls making sleep hard. Crowds gathered around exit drinking/smoking made entering/exiting to parking lot uneasy. Breakfast was sub par. Not very many grab & go options. Service was friendly. Good enough for a night passing through.

Summary: The place was clean, but a very old and rundown hotel. No closet for hanging clothes. The toilet seat was broken, the tub had broken pieces from the shower, laying on the ledge. missing toilet paper holder because it was broken. No plug for the sink. The lighting was terrible in the room, even with the window curtains open, it was still very dark. There were plenty of sketchy or shady characters around the hotel. The front desk people were very friendly. It was a good price so I guess I got what I paid for.

Summary: I really wanted to enjoy this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience fell flat. The biggest letdown was the bathroom—it hadn’t been properly cleaned before our arrival, with noticeable grime on the walls and an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our stay. The pillows were also small and uncomfortable, which didn’t help the overall experience. One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was the advertised “free breakfast.” However, when we inquired Friday morning, we were told breakfast is only available on Saturdays and Sundays. That detail wasn’t mentioned at the time of booking, and it felt misleading. Between the cleanliness issues, lack of comfort, and unfulfilled promises, this stay didn’t meet expectations. I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

Summary: Very dirty. Dust COVERED vents. Massive stains on sheets. Multiple big burn holes on sheets. Crumbs everywhere. Windows and mirrors haven’t seen a wipe down in a long time. Chair had not so mystery stains. Run down.

Summary: Charged our card twice and charged for service animal as well as coming in and waking us up during medically needed naps at 5pm to do housekeeping even when told someone here is disabled and has to sleep during that time. Roaches were also present.
