Summary: Good day. This hotel charge $250 deposit for an dated room is rediculous. There are no washing facility on property. Not much assistance given when ask questions

Summary: This hotel is located about three blocks from the train and bus station Bridgeport and you can travel to Downtown in like 20 or 30 minutes! Waterfront station and in this station you can get a Seabus to North Vancouver too!

Summary: The hotel provided a satisfactory experience considering the price, including parking and breakfast. 😃😊👍 However, the complimentary breakfast primarily consisted of carbohydrates, with limited protein options, so expectations should be adjusted accordingly. 🍞🍳🤔 The hotel's proximity to the airport, approximately a 10-minute drive, and the availability of a complimentary shuttle service were definite advantages. ✈️🚗💯 The hotel it self is vintage.. so dont expect too much 🕰️🏚️🤷

Summary: The shuttle from the airport was slow to arrive. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our room to be ready. Many cruise passengers were staying there to depart the next morning. The breakfast was delicious. Offered cruise port shuttle for a fee.

Summary: We had a great stay, staffs very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We recommend staying there, it is located near the train and bus station easy walking distance. There are also shopping areas nearby if you like to walk and explore.

Summary: I cannot tell you how pleasantly surprised we were by this hotel! It was a great location close to the airport. We only stayed one night because we had gotten back from a very long cruise and just wanted to stay one night before heading back to the United States. This hotel was so clean that I could not tell you the last time I had a hotel this clean, even compared to the five star resorts we stay at. Also, the staff was extremely helpful. They offer a shuttle to the airport starting at 4 AM! And there are a few amazing restaurants within a four minute walking distance. We really highly recommend the Story Café. But it is worthy to know that they require reservations. The breakfast offered by the hotel was one of the fuller breakfast where you can make waffles and many other goodies to choose from. If we ever have another cruise end in Vancouver, we will for sure be staying here!

Summary: I was there for 8 hours maybe, just overnight. It was perfect for my needs. Only noticeable things, one towel had a red spot on it, unsure what that was. The shower curtain was too small to fit the width of the shower, and kept falling towards the middle, not really keeping the water inside the tub. Bed was comfortable
