Summary: On arrival toilet not working, informed front desk who said they would sort it. Four hours later same problem but late at night so too late to resolve. Morning reception staff had proper maintenance staff fix the issue, which is what should have been done straight off. No air conditioning but there was a modern tower fan in the room which sufficed. Excellent location in the Harbour. Good value, clean hotel. Very helpful day time front counter staff.

Summary: An older hotel with modern rebranding. Good value for price. Good location with very convenient access to room due to the smaller size of the overall hotel. Lack of air conditioning could be an issue during hotter months (was fine for mid-June).

Summary: The hotel is in a fabulous location. The room was very nice. Spacious with a king size bed which was comfortable. The check in process was very easy and quick. The bathroom sink didn't drain unless we removed the stopper and we had to prop up the tub stopper so that the tub would drain when we had a shower. The floors were also not clean. My feet were black from only walking around in the room for one morning. That being said, the manager was very apologetic and refunded half of our stay. We were satisfied at his they dealt with everything. It's a nice location so hopefully with a little maintenance and improvement in housekeeping the next guests will have a wonderful stay.

Summary: Room was good. No air conditioning but weather was mild so we didn’t need it. Bathroom was very small. Mattress needs to be replaced.
