This is for a booking at the Victoria Waterfalls Hotel. This luxury condo is on the 16th floor of the iconic The Falls building in downtown Victoria. The condo is newly furnished and updated. The kitchen is fully stocked with gadgets and basic supplies. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom, so this is a perfect get-away for two couples or a small family. Our condo is on the 16th floor, with an amazing view of the inner harbour, straight of Juan de Fuca, and the Olympic Peninsula.
There is also a small office with an extra monitor in the condo, should duty call during your Victoria visit. The building is very secure, with an RFID fob for accessing the elevator and underground parking. The building also offers a heated pool, hot tub and workout room.
The location is downtown, across the corner from the Empress Hotel and the Victoria Convention Centre. There are dozens of great restaurants and shops nearby, and the harbour and parliament buildings are all a short walk away.
Butchart Gardens and the Bear Mountain golf course are a short drive away, but other than that you don't have to get in your car once you are settled in. We hope you enjoy our Victoria condo as much as we do!

Summary: Condo was centrally located in downtown Victoria. Easy and convenient walks to all we wanted to visit as well as loads of great restaurant choices. We parked our car at beginning of stay and did not use it for four days. Accomadations were very nice as well.

Summary: This sumptuous 2BR unit is on the 16th floor of a prestige condo building overlooking the famous Empress hotel, with views of the harbour. It's exceedingly well-equipped: an UltraHD large-screen TV, electric fireplace, heated marble floor in the bathroom, attractive art. There's even a pair of binoculars with which to watch boats, the Seattle ferries, and seaplanes coming and going.The kitchen has (almost!) everything you might need. A microwave, gas range, Braun coffee maker, a quality burr grinder, French press, toaster, kettle, mini food processor, NutriBullet, pots, pans, dishes, glassware, etc. Unfortunately, what it didn't have was a dependable oven. Instead of hotel rooms, we booked this VRBO unit for a Family holiday gathering, intending to prepare a proper Christmas dinner (turkey, stuffing, potatoes, gravy, veggies, etc). On Christmas Eve, we discovered the oven's temperature regulator was inoperative. As a result, our meal that night was seriously overdone. Not wishing a repeat event, we found another venue for our Christmas dinner. By the time you read this review, the owners will hopefully have had it repaired -- if you intend to use the oven, best to confirm that in advance.The condo's location is right downtown, ideal for visitors to the city. But the central location means city noise, esp on Fri/Sat nights, as it overlooks Victoria's 'party palace' (the Strath) whose revellers exit at 2am. If you're a light sleeper, earplugs are recommended.

Summary: My husband works very hard all year so when we go on vacation, we like to spoil ourselves with beautiful accommodations. We've stayed at a few different units in The Falls building but this was our favourite! Jodi & Ken's place is exactly as shown in the pictures; beautifully decorated with modern furniture & decor, very comfortable furniture & beds, fully supplied kitchen, and extremely clean. We especially loved that it is a corner unit so the large balcony wraps around two sides. The views are amazing from inside the condo as well as outside on the balcony. Jodi was very easy to communicate with and she checked in with us to make sure our check-in had gone smoothly. The Falls building is always very clean and well maintained; even the underground secured parking is kept very clean! The location can't be beat as you can walk to so many things - the waterfront, all of downtown, Chinatown; and so much more to see is only a short drive away. We both HIGHLY recommend Jodi & Ken's condo and can't wait to go back again! Thank you for a perfectly wonderful stay in Victoria!

Summary: Our third time visiting Victoria and we find this location to be ideal without a car. Easily able to walk everywhere. The 2 BR Condo had everything we needed with plenty of space for 2 couples. Left some important things and the owner is doing the kind favor to return ~ adding to my satisfaction. I would definitely book again.

Summary: This is a lovely property. Beautiful water and city views and close to everything downtown. The kitchen has everything for the gourmet cook. The location was easy access to main roads taking us further out to explore as well. The unit was clean, quiet and very comfortable. If your looking for a great place for two couples to enjoy everything Victoria has to offer this is the perfect choice!

Summary: What an awesome condo. Well-appointed, well-decorated and VERY clean. We had Victoria at our fingertips, as this condo is within walking distance of restaurants, coffee, parks, museums, the ferry and harbour, and lots of cool shops. We (me, husband and adult son) toured the city on foot over the course of 3 days and loved every minute of it. Communication by our host, Jodi, was awesome and instructions were very well laid out. I highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed.
