Positive: The bed. was really good

Negative: The breakfast is really poor, the room special the bath was not so clean, the hotel have no restaurant, the cleaning staff was really friendly and the lady on the breakfast also, the staff from the reception is not so professional we arrived and no one was on the reception we have to call, we can’t use the pool because the pool was closed for the swimming classes and the reception don’t give us this information by the checkout no one asked how was the stay if we like or no just that we have to pay the city taxes… on my opinion a little unprofessional. The classification is 4 stars my opinion 3…

Positive: Nigh doorman was super cool and breakfast staff were great too!

Negative: The ceiling of the bathroom leaked water all night. Woke up in the morning to a semi-flooded bathroom. When I told the staff upon checkout all I got was “yeah, there’s a problem there!” I know this has nothing to do with the person who is just actually my own ownership culture, but “I’m very sort to hear, may we offer you is small discount or at least offer you the bottled water you still have to pay” would have made me feel better about the experience.

Summary: Ok place, staff is good but some improvement on customer experience might be beneficial.

Negative: Frog in room didn't work, would be nice to have a small bar for drinks and snacks. There are no stores nearby and no food available at certain times

Positive: The staff were just amazing. So helpful and friendly. A massive thank you to them!

Negative: It would have been nice for the hotel to have a bar and restaurant. I expected as much and was disappointed when I arrived to check in at 10pm to be told there is neither. The receptionist very kindly ordered me food to pick up but after a days travel it was the last thing I wanted to do.
